Shipping
Coverking Products are shipped by USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEX unless the retailer chooses another method. All Coverking products can be shipped without resitriction, and do not incur oversize charges.
If you have ordered a Coverking product, it can be tracked if you have the order number and destination zipcode.
Orders are shipped from the Coverking factory in Anaheim, California.
Normal production time for Coverking orders are as follows:
- Custom Dash Covers - 10 Business Days
- Custom Car Covers - 10 Business Days
- Custom Seat Covers - 2 Weeks
- Custom Sunshields - 10 Business Days
- Custom Floormats - 10 Business Days
- Other Items - 7 Business Days
If an order was damaged in transit, refuse the order. If you found the damage after signing for the package, immediately contact Coverking.
Warranty
Coverking products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the product pages. If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, Coverking will repair or replace the product. Such warranty claims must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email support@bestany.com Include your Coverking Store order number or the name of the store you purchased from, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.
Returns
At Coverking, we do not accept any returns on Dash Covers, Custom Seat Cover and Custom Car Covers. These items are made for your specific vehicle per your order. We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns for wrong color given, wrong year given, wrong make given or wrong model given.
We will fix or exchange any defective items do to our workmanship. Defective items will be exchanged with an identical item.
Items cannot be returned for any reason stated above after 30 days from ship date.
Note: The color settings on your monitor may cause the colors displayed on this screen to vary slightly from the actual colors of our dash cover materials. If you are uncertain about a product's actual color, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Procedures
All returns must include a RGA code before it can be returned. Once you contact us via E-mail returns@coverking.com or phone 800COVERKING and we have discussed with you the problem to be resolved, the RGA code will be given to you through E-mail. Once you have received a RGA code please be sure to write it across the box so it is legible and verifiable. The item must be repackaged in the original box with all parts, plastic bags, and instruction sheets. The item must be repackaged exactly as it was originally shipped. If anything is missing or is damaged other than what was originally claimed in previous E-mails, you, the customer, will be liable for those damages. The return will be voided and there will be no credit given.
If any return is made without an RGA code, no credit will be given. If any item is returned for any other reason than what was stated previously above then no credit will be given.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We strive hard to serve our customers with premium quality custom car covers, seat covers, floor mats, dash covers etc. However, due to certain inevitable reasons, occasionally it is necessary to return supplied products.
In any case, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of shipped products and want to return or exchange the merchandise, for a hassle-free return, kindly follow the instructions given below:
- If you received damaged products, make sure you notify us within 48 hours. All the communications must accompany your Order ID number.
- All return products must have allotted Returned Goods Authorization Number - RGA number. You must request for RGA number to initiate a return. We will not be responsible for products returned without RGA number.
- Return the product as it was received. It must be in As New and Ready-to-Sell condition. The accuracy and quality must be the same.
- A copy of your original invoice is required with the returned product.
- Though the method of shipping solely depends upon your choice, please make sure you return shipments properly packed.
- In case of legitimated claims we will Provide Free Replacement or 100% refund as the case may be.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and duly inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and transferred in the same payment mode as the purchase was made.
- Once the refund is processed a confirmation mail will be send to customer.
- We will not accept claims of any merchandise after 30 days.
- No returns will be possible on used, installed, altered, modified products.
- Generally No returns on Customized or Special Order products are entertained.
- In case of international orders, only the defective products could be exchanged. No other returns or exchanges will be possible.
- Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
